Run Lean

BMI. Body Fat Percentage. Bootstrapping. Efficiency. Optimization. Economy. Caloric intake. Overhead.

Run Lean.

I just read a blog post, and retort regarding running fat versus running lean. I have to side with “lean.” Let’s face it – fat tastes good, but lean performs.

I’m going to have to run lean and go without flavor for a while. Next year, I’m going to be a part time student, and I’m going to have to find a way to pay for it. I scoff at this challenge, primarily because I know there are a great deal of people who have dealt with more adversity than a couple thousand dollars of tuition and rent, but at the same time it’s a challenge I can’t take lightly.

I’ve never done it before. Doesn’t mean it can’t happen, just means I don’t have the hindsight.

Let’s do this thing.

Run Lean.
